Seasonal Camper ~ Visitor Fees
Your site has been booked for you (two adults) and your dependant children. Any other guests are required to pay a fee.
Staying in existing unit:
a) Daytime visitors $5/person or $10/family
b) Overnight visitors $7/person or $15/family or $100/season
Staying in an additional unit on a single site:
c) An extra unit on a single site (where one unit is already parked),
is $25/night/family.
Extra trailers, tent trailers or motor-homes are not allowed on a campsite on a regular basis, to prevent overcrowding. Dependent children may stay outside your camper unit in a small tent free of charge, but the tent must be taken down and/or moved on a regular basis to ensure the grass is not killed.
*Friends under the age of 12 of the dependent children of registered campers can stay free of charge, as can grandparents with no source of income other than their pensions.
*Please pay your visitor fees in advance at the office and sign a waiver form
for your additional guests (required by our insurance provider).
*This year staff will be monitoring guests who have not been registered by their hosts. We have no choice but to ask anyone not appearing on a waiver form to leave the camp resort, this is also an insurance requirement. An extra administration fee will be charged to those who do not register their guests and pay their visitor fees in advance.
*Thank you to those who continue to sign waivers and provide payment for their extra guests without being asked. This keeps everything legal, up front and fair, which is the way it should be. Our management team really does not want to “hassle” anybody for waivers and extra fees for guests, this is not any fun for anybody involved and should not be necessary.
*Due to many ‘noise level’ and ‘overcrowding’ complaints last year, 10 people maximum per site will be permitted at any given time unless otherwise arranged with camp management. Let’s keep our resort quiet and private.
Firewood
Campers are welcome to bring their own firewood, and our firewood supplier is now offering excellent spruce or poplar wood by the cord ~ delivered to your campsite. Let us know if you want a cord for yourself or to share with another camper. We will continue to stock firewood for sale at the store for anybody who would rather not deal with having to stack and store a lot of firewood on their site.
“BURN IT WHERE YOU BUY IT” please help stop the spread of parasitic insects from other provinces or countries
Campsite Cleaning Service
Some of you love to do everything it takes to keep your campsite in great shape, others would rather just kick back and relax or get into your favorite recreational activity as soon as you get here. If you aren’t into doing your own yard work while you are on a weekend break, days off or on holidays we will ensure your campsite is raked, mowed and generally taken care of so that you can focus on nothing but full on “recreation and relaxation” when you get to DeGraff’s. The fee for this service will be $20.00 per clean-up, unless of course there is major work to do in which case the fee can be negotiated with our management team. Give us a shout, and we will set things up for you.
Winter Storage Fee
There is a $150 winter storage fee for your camper unit every year. Degraff’s Eco-Camp Resort has chosen to waive this fee if you arrange payment of your site rental fee for the following season by April 1 of each year, but you are responsible for this winter storage fee if your payment is late or if you decide not to return to camp with us the following season.
